What it actually is
An overhead LED desk lamp with two independently aimable heads on a metal arm stand, offering three colour modes and continuous dimming, powered by a 12V 24W adaptor.
Who it's for
Anyone whose desk is lit only by a ceiling light, which puts your own shadow directly onto whatever you are working on. Two heads means you can light the keyboard and the notebook separately, which is the actual argument for this over a single-head lamp.
The honest downside
It runs off a mains adaptor, not USB — so it needs a socket, and the adaptor is a brick that has to live somewhere. Metal arm stands are heavy by design and take real desk space at the base. And three fixed colour modes is less flexible than it sounds if you wanted something specific.
