These terms govern your use of Weirdly Good (https://weirdlygood.shop), operated by Rajat Pandey (Weirdly Good), Gurgaon, Haryana, India. By using the site you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
Weirdly Good is an editorial discovery site. It lists unusual products sold by third parties on Indian marketplaces and links to them. It is not a shop.
We do not sell, stock, ship, insure, install, warrant or service any product listed here, and we are not party to any transaction you enter into with a retailer. See Returns & Refunds.
2. Information is provided as-is
We try hard to be accurate and we correct mistakes quickly, but we give no warranty that anything on this site is complete, current or error-free. In particular:
- Prices change constantly and ours are indicative, stamped with the date recorded. The retailer's page is authoritative.
- Availability changes. Items go out of stock or get delisted.
- Descriptions are editorial. They are written to be entertaining and to convey what a thing is — they are not manufacturer specifications, and should never be relied on for compatibility, safety, dimensions, materials or compliance.
- We may not have tested an item. A listing is a pointer worth investigating, not a warranty of quality.
3. No professional advice
Nothing here is medical, safety, legal or financial advice. Some products we feature are novelties. Use judgement — particularly with anything electrical, anything a child will handle, and anything that makes a health claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any purchase you make through it — including a product being faulty, unsafe, delayed, misdescribed, or simply not what you hoped for. Those claims lie against the seller.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The site is offered as-is and may be unavailable, changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Listings are added and removed continually.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
