Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Weirdly Good (https://weirdlygood.shop), operated by Rajat Pandey (Weirdly Good), Gurgaon, Haryana, India. By using the site you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

1. What this site is

Weirdly Good is an editorial discovery site. It lists unusual products sold by third parties on Indian marketplaces and links to them. It is not a shop.

We do not sell, stock, ship, insure, install, warrant or service any product listed here, and we are not party to any transaction you enter into with a retailer. See Returns & Refunds.

2. Information is provided as-is

We try hard to be accurate and we correct mistakes quickly, but we give no warranty that anything on this site is complete, current or error-free. In particular:

3. No professional advice

Nothing here is medical, safety, legal or financial advice. Some products we feature are novelties. Use judgement — particularly with anything electrical, anything a child will handle, and anything that makes a health claim.

4. Third-party links

This site is built almost entirely out of links to other people's sites. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their policies, their security or their conduct. A link is not an endorsement of the seller. Once you click through, their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

5. Affiliate relationship

Links on this site are usually paid affiliate links, disclosed in full on the Affiliate Disclosure page and in the footer of every page. Your price is unaffected.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

Reading it, sharing links to it, and sending it to a friend who will enjoy a levitating moon lamp are all actively encouraged.

7. Intellectual property

The design, the written descriptions, the category system and the arrangement of the catalogue belong to Rajat Pandey (Weirdly Good). Product names, trade marks and logos belong to their respective owners, and are referred to here purely to identify the goods. Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra are trade marks of their respective owners, who do not endorse this site.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to us with the details and we'll take it down or correct it promptly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any purchase you make through it — including a product being faulty, unsafe, delayed, misdescribed, or simply not what you hoped for. Those claims lie against the seller.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Availability

The site is offered as-is and may be unavailable, changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Listings are added and removed continually.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
