Please don't write about orders

We can't help, and we'd hate to waste your time while a parcel sits somewhere. Weirdly Good doesn't sell anything — we have no access to your order, your payment, your address or your delivery status, because none of it ever touches us.

Anything to do with an order goes to the platform you bought from: tracking, cancellation, delivery, refunds, replacements, warranty and invoices. Returns & Refunds lists where each platform's process lives, plus the National Consumer Helpline (1915) if a seller won't cooperate.
