About Weirdly Good

One person, a lot of scrolling

There is a category of product that Indian marketplaces are terrible at showing you. Not the bestsellers — those find you on their own. The other ones: the levitating moon lamp, the mug that stirs itself, the cap that is secretly headphones. Things you didn't know existed and then cannot stop thinking about.

They're hard to find because nobody knows what they're called. You can't search for a thing you can't name. Weirdly Good is the result of doing that searching by hand, and writing down what's worth owning.

How it pays for itself

Affiliate commission, disclosed everywhere. When you buy through a link here, the retailer pays us a cut out of their margin — you pay the same price you would have paid anyway. That's the entire business model. There is no paid placement, no brand can buy its way onto the page, and card order is never set by what pays best.

The long version is on the Affiliate Disclosure page, and it's linked from the footer of every page on the site because ASCI requires exactly that.

What this site is not

The standing offer

If you half-remember something and can't name it, describe it badly and we'll go and find it. That's free, it's the most useful thing here, and frankly it's how the catalogue grows — every good request becomes a listing.
